Utgard.tv stores only the data that are required to provide access to satellite packages and billing. This includes registration info (name, e-mail, messenger contacts), connection settings and payment IDs. Details about bank cards or crypto wallets are never stored on our servers — we rely on PCI DSS compliant providers (PayPal, AnyMoney, Enot). Support chats and tickets are retained for 180 days to investigate abuse.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by e-mail [email protected] or via Telegram @utgard_support. Requests are processed within three business days. Access to personal data is limited to verified staff members via MFA; infrastructure is hosted in EU/EEA data centers with encrypted disks. The document was last updated 04.07.2026.

Servers log only technical data: IP, protocol, ECM response time and error codes. These logs rotate every 14 days and are used solely to fight fraud or optimize routing. Billing documents are stored separately with AES-256 encryption; once you delete an account, payment identifiers are anonymized within 48 hours.

If you need a formal data-processing agreement (for corporate clients), contact support and we will provide a signed PDF describing the purposes, retention periods and technical safeguards. All staff members undergo yearly security training and use hardware tokens for access to production systems.
