Utgard.tv operates separate clusters for authorization, ECM distribution and monitoring. If one data centre goes offline, traffic automatically moves to the standby hub and users notice only a momentary reconnection. Billing is isolated from streaming nodes, so experiments with new payment methods never affect video delivery.
We document every receiver profile in both Russian and English, keep sample configs for Dreambox, VU+, Openbox, Amiko and Enigma2, and store them in Git so that updates roll out simultaneously for all languages. Support engineers track the history of each ticket, which lets us detect recurring ISP issues and publish advice before subscribers start opening new cases.
